Elie Tahari short velvet, embroidered jacket/top

This velvet , silk lined, embroidered jacket is full of little details. Can be worn as top too ( as I wore it) with its hook closures from top to bottom. There is no size listed but I’m going to assume it’s size 4. See measurements. In excellent condition
