Elisabeth by Liz Claiborne Skirt

Super soft, 100% polyester skirt with diamond 💎 like cut outs along bottom all around skirt. Waist is a pull ribbon with a liz Claiborne size of 24. Here are what I measure at: Length is 39 " Waist flat is 23" not gathered up. Hip is around 23" flat across too.
