Elisabethan 1990’s vintage recycled skirt from 70’s material, S L

Super fun skirt by Elisabethan who makes every single piece by hand since 1996 from recycled clothing. This skirt features exceptional 70s vibe fabrics and bric-a-brac! There are so many cute little quilted details on it front and back. It is a zipper back pencil skirt with a slight a line. There is absolutely no give to this fabric! I’ve had it in my closet for a long time and I just love it but it no longer fits. Sad. See photos for details and measurements. I found it to be a pretty forgiving fit as long as I could zip it! One of a kind, wearable art.
