This dress is breathtaking. It is new without tags. This dress would look amazing with heels and a clutch. This dress was purchased at Neiman Marcus. There is one flaw that I noticed. One of the belt loops detached from the dress; thereby creating a small hole. The belt loop is still attached and the hole can easily be fixed. I've reduced the price to reflect that.
