Absolutely 💯 beautiful dress. Top half of navy blue. Bottom half is white with lilies, daisy’s, roses, and forget me nots on it in all colors of pink. Wide pink belt/ribbon to tie at waist. Measures 16”-19” p2p by 14” waist by 60” length. Worn once only for a few hours. Wide flowing skirt. Like new
