Eliza J Navy Shift Dress

Navy sleeveless shift dress by Eliza J. Fully lined under eyelet shift. Zip up the back and cute tassels along the hemline. A great go-to dress on those warm days and to travel with. Length is above the knee, 34” from top of back collar. Size 4, but would say fits closer to a size 2. Moderate wear, in very good condition.
