Eliza J. Navy embellished formal maxi dress

This is a Eliza J bridesmaid dress in navy that can be worn as a wedding guest or prom dress. It’s very flattering and flowy. It’s size 4, but fits more like a size 6, it’s been altered at the bottom to fit a 5”4’ girl in heels. There’s one missing bead but not visible to the eye.
