Eliza J Off-Shoulder Nude Sparkle Dress

This an Eliza J Off -Shoulder dress, it is nude with sparkles that have a slightly Rosé color. It has a built in slip, and a small slit in the back, with back zipper. When purchased, there was a small tear by the arm, and Nordstrom tailors repaired it. Brand new, with tags, never worn. There was another tag placed over the price tag for the repair, but I removed it to show the dress price.
