Eliza J cobalt blue dress

Beautiful body-icon dress you can add a belt if like. Nothing wrong with it, I just gained some weight :( it fits nice to the body and flare at the bottom. The picture doesn’t do its justice. Stretch good material, I am 5”3 and it fit above knee. The second picture it’s an idea what it looks like on but depends on body type.
