Eliza J floral shift dress, cutout at collar bone

Color is VERY dark, midnight blue w/shades of pink flowers. Hits near knee, Small slit in the back. Dress is in good, pre-owned condition. Some pilling/fuzz shaved off (happened due to someone putting it in the dryer). One small nick in fabric (see photo) that blends in with the flower. Hem falling down in one section (see photo). Pretty, elegant dress with a lot of wear left for right person. Reasonable offers welcome!
