Eliza J polka dot halter dress in brown and white

Eliza J New York halter dress with V-neck in brown with white dots. Has brown sash and flirty flutter ruffles down the dress. Size 6. Gently worn with a few pin size holes around sash. I bought it because I always loved a similar dress in Pretty Woman.
