Eliza J sheath dress, cobalt blue

Beautifully cut bright blue sheath dress with pockets (!!!). Three quarter sleeves, fully lined, very good used condition with no flaws, EXCEPT: it’s unhemmed (not a raw edge, serged, just no finished hem). Comes to a hair below my knee in its unhemmed state (I’m 5’4”).
