@thriftythibs hi!The dress is printed chiffon fully lined except the sleeves are sheer(not lined)They have a soft ruffle detail at the cuff.The length from the back of the neck is about 44 Inchon the back.
The front is shorter as it is a high low.
The high point on the front is about 33 and it cascades down.Hope this helps.
