Elizabeth Arden New York vintage dress

Great condition, the only flaw is that there are no buttons on the sleeves, and there are belt loops, hardly noticeable but probably missing the belt? Nothing else seems to be wrong with it. Very nice quality, vintage, not sure how old. Orange/red color, black top. No size but looks like a medium and I put measurement pictures
