Elizabeth & James full skirt with leather waist band

Beautiful skirt in a thick, slinky nylon material with genuine leather waist band. Falls to about knee length. It makes for a very classy look! I was gifted this 10 years ago when E&J was still a luxe brand sold only in department stores. So I guess it's technically vintage ;) It was always a bit small on me so it's only been worn a handful of times. Perfect condition!
