This is a very unique piece—a form fitting vest with one clasp that has a long removable silk ruffle—super cute. I have worn this with just a bodysuit or tank underneath. I love the way the ruffle drapes down so it looks like you’re wearing a scarf. It is a very fitted small so I would say it fits like an x small.
