Elizabeth McKay size 4 blue and white shift dress in EUC. Underarm to underarm the measurement is 17 the waist is 16 and the hips are 18 in. It has a deep V at the neckline It has button sleeves and a slit on each side of the dress. It does have a dry cleaning tag in it so I'm assuming that it's been cleaned. Doesn't appear to be any spots. It is 30 percent silk and 70 cotton The length of the dress on the mannequin from the back of the neck to the hem is 34 in. The length of the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the hem of the sleeve is 18 in.
