Elizabeth and James Cutout Mini Dress

NWT Elizabeth and James choir mini dress. Color looks black, but is actually a dark navy blue. Bought at Saks but never wore. Cutout is a half-circle with a flat edge running across the bottom. Never worn. Small deodorant or dust mark on the left back shoulder. Easily comes out with water.
