Elizabeth and James High Neck Navy Cocktail Dress

Elizabeth and James high neck sleeveless cocktail dress in navy blue, size 4. Fits like an extra small/small, fairly true to size. For reference, I am a 25/26 in jeans and this was very comfortable and a little bit roomy. Worn once to a reunion party/formal dinner. Excellent condition. I love this style because it has a very classy high neck, shows off your arms, highlights your waist and then has a flared skirt so you’ll be comfortable all night no matter how much you eat and drink.
