NWT!! This Elizabeth and James Rosalia Rumpled Cross-Back Fit and Flare Dress is gorgeous! The fabric has a beautiful slight shimmer to it. Slightly textured/crinkled look throughout. Fitted bodice with a flared skirt. Beautiful pleating detail at the shoulders. Hidden zipper with hook-and-eye closure. 60% cotton/36% polyamide/4% metallic. 35" long from shoulder to hem. Price is firm.
