Elizabeth and James Talia wrap top. Garnett color, silk balloon sleeves with lace running through them.. top is 100% silk and does not come from Kohl’s? It’s the original vintage Elizabeth and James retailed for. $250. This is a gorgeous top. I believe a small or even a small to medium person could wear this comfortably.
