Elizabeth and James, off white, XS but fits more like medium to me, never worn

Elizabeth and James, no tags but never worn, pictures show no makeup stains, hits above knee, size is XS but I’m XS and it’s way too big in armpits/bust/waist so I’d say it’s more like a small or medium
