Never Worn Elizabeth & James skirt. Black XS (size 0/2 or 24/25) waist band is elastic with hook and eye closer, and concealed side zipper. It’s ruched gathering on side faux wrapped front. Fitted on back. It could be mini OR midi length depending where on waist you place it! It’s nice fits your silhouette without being overly revealing!! (Appears grey due to lighting/pic quality but it is black)
