EliziaJ Petticoat Dress

This dress is SO pretty in person. It has a double layer built-in petticoat. One layer is netting and the one next to the skin is smooth. It gives it just the right amount of flounce. The background is white with colors of teal and turquoise, tomato red and coral pink. The accent belt is coral pink. The dress fabric is polyester, so it is easy-wear. The fabric has a gross grain pattern to it that gives texture and interest. The skirt is 22.5" from the natural waistline. Worn twice.
