Ella & Lulu tank dress NWOT

Adorable boutique dress, missing tags but new and unworn. The skirt is red and white stripe, the bodice is gray, and the accent trims are ivory. Tied together with a pale yellow attached bow. Bought for FSU Seminole event but never wore.
