Ella Jeans in overall excellent condition no issues noted.  Tag states they are size 9, but please see measurements. they have a very high waist and button with 4 buttons and zip in the front.  They have the classic 5 pockets.   Made of 76% Cotton 22% Polyester 2% elastane Waist is 27 inches Hips are 33 inches Rise is   inches Inseam is 27.5 inches  Leg opening is 4.75 inches
