It has a collar, a v-neckline, 3/4-length sleeves with ruching, and 2 hooks and loops for a front closure. The bottom front has some pleats and the entire bottom very slightly resembles a peplum. It is pre-owned with light pilling or fuzziness. The loops of the front closure recede or hide in the hemline, but by design. It is in great condition. Size SMALL.
