Elle Black polka dot sundress

Perfect summertime dress!! Black sundress by Elle with multi colored polka dots with spaghetti straps that are adjustable. Chiffon like ruffle around the top. Gold buttons down the front. Elastic at the waist. Great dress for a summer outing. I also wore the lightweight short red Chaps sweater in my closet with this dress.
