Elle Burnt Orange Double Breasted Belted Peplum Jacket - 3/4 Ruched Puff Sleeve. Can be worn with or without belt. There are small pin holes on the left lapel. Flat Measurements: Bust:17.5" Waist: 15.5" Nape of Neck to Waist: 16.5" Nape of Neck to Hem: 22" (I'm 5'10" and wore this as more of a cropped jacket.)
