Elle Fitted Chiffon Top

Cream colored black print chiffon top by Elle. No sleeves, pleated, fitted front. Button back slit closure. Lined. Machine wash, but would suggest hand wash and line dry or dry on a hanger, to preserve the pleats. 100% polyester. Size XS - measures 16 inches across and 23 inches long. Would be very pretty with a suit/pantsuit, leather pants or skirt, or black jeans. In excellent condition.
