Elle Floral Blouse with Lace

Worn a couple of times. No holes or stains. There is a sheer lace strip on top of each sleeve. It runs from the neck through the end of the sleeves. The five buttons in the front are functional. One feels loose, but can be fixed if you know how to sew. Sleeves are about 3/4 length. Elastic bands around the bottom of each sleeve. Elastic around the waistband. The ties on each side of the waist are decorative, not functional. They can be tied and untied, but do not tighten or loosen the waistband. Material is slick and has no stretch to it. Approx measurements are: 17" across (under the armpits) 28.5" long
