Elle Retro Magazine Covers Tote Bag

Vinyl tote bag adorned with vintage Elle Magazine covers (same designs both sides) and b&w polka dot interior. The red handles have split & cracked on some of the seams and the interior is fraying in some places but it's still fully functional, or good for a collector.
