Elle Shrug/Cardigan

Thick sweater-like material. Never been worn with tags still on. It's not quite long enough to be a cardigan but it's longer than a shrug. Sleeves are long. No buttons in the front. Original price was $60, but got it on sale for $18. Smoke free home.
