Elle Vintage Sleeveless Shirtdress 90s Stripes - Coral White Blue - Small

The skirt of this dress has really beautifully done panels to give it movement and a trumpet-style flare. The panels also have a different stripe pattern. The dress closes on the left side with a hidden zipper, and feels like a cotton/polyester blend. It buttons down the front and has a collar. No size tag, but the measurements put it around a small: Waist: 26.5" Bust: 31.5" Top of shoulder to waist: 16" Total length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 39" Condition: Excellent. No flaws found.
