Elle fitted peplum dress in light navy.

This Elle fitted peplum dress is in great condition. Comes to just above the knee (On my 5’3” frame!). The bodice has black horizontal stripes. The blue is not quite navy, but definitely on the darker side. It is almost a dark teal/light navy. The pictures are pretty true to color.
