Elle flowy flower skirt

Black and White flower printed skirt. Above the knee. Not too long not too short. Great as higher waisted with cute little top. “Elle” brand from Kohl’s. Size xsmall. Looks true to a size small fit though. Not too small. Also Elastic like waistband! Comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Great Spring piece. Great used condition. Only worn a couple times.
