Ellejay dressy black cropped blouse NWT

Beautifully made dressy black leopard print cropped top. Stretchy material across the back. Zipper on the side. I had lost a bunch of weight when I first bought this, but then I gained some back before I ever got to wear it. I think this would compliment a B or C bust best. Sleeves are made to rest off the side or perch on the edge of shoulders. Balloon sleeves, cuffed at the wrist to hold.
