Is this oversized? Would you say this is equivalent to a medium?

I think it is oversized as I just tried it on and it fit (I'm now a size 12..couldn't button the bottom button...fabric is stretchy. Shoulder to shoulder about 17". Sleeves are long..about 23". So many beautiful details on this Ellen Tracey jacket. Thanks for your interest!!
