Ellen Tracy Gathered Silky Blouse w/ Polka Dots

This super classy shiny blouse is gathered at the waist and has two strings by the collar to tie it in the front. It's a beautiful cream/ tan color with black polka dots. It looks so chic and dressy, that's why I picked it up in the first place. It can easily be dressed up or down with a blazer and a pair of heels or just black jeans and sneakers. It's in perfect condition except for a tiny flaw you can see in the last picture and a mini hole by the armpit, which are both hardly noticable.
