This very classy Ellen Tracy top has a large, fully adjustable cowl neck designed for day or evening. Stretchy fabric has a bit of shimmer so it's a little on the dressy side. Sleeveless so it works by itself as a sexy top or under a suit to dress it up. All of my items come freshly laundered or dry cleaned from my smoke-free home.
