This is a pretty white polyester sleeveless blouse by Ellen Tracy. Size small. The neck is a v collared neckline, there are two buttons on the placket that hold the V in place. This is a dressier style that can be worn tucked or untucked with pants or a skirt. The length goes past the hips and covers the rear in a 5’5” person. Hardly worn.
