dianarr333 Hi. I am interested in purchasing this today. Is it Leather? I just did not see it in the tag description. Also, it is said to be a 12-14 Large size, but it describes a 24inch waist? Txs.

laurenaubreyf @dianarr333 a picture of the material tag is included. This is a women’s size large and runs true to size. All measurements were taken with the jacket zippered and laying flat. So I measured just the bottom of the jacket from one side to the other if that makes sense.
