Ellen Tracy company Raincoat tan classic Xs

Company Ellen Tracy raincoat. No hood lined and sleeves look like they can be used two ways. 2 pockets. Tan, creak color. I'm 5'2 and it fits me below the knee. Not sure if this was used if it was I used it once and in great condition. Fits loose I'm a 32E around the chest and small medium and it fits fine so women xs not junior.
