Ellen Tracy gray and white, bishop sleeve blouse

Ellen Tracy is one of my favorite brands and this gray and white blouse does not disappoint. The slight poof at the bottom of the sleeves add a really nice detail and elevate the look of the blouse. Measurements: armpit to armpit: approx 20 inches should to hem: approx 24 inches
