Ellen Tracy long sleeved dress

Ellen Tracy dress. Long sleeved. Very stretchy but sturdy material. Zip closure in the back. Dress is black with some very dark blue pattern in the lower half of the dress. Has two loops for a small belt but did not come with belt. I wore this only once to a work event. This dress is in perfect condition.
