Ellen Tracy yellow & green cowl neck blouse tank

Ellen Tracy blouse tank with ruching on the sides for a slim fit and sunburst pattern with yellow, green, and black. I love the cowl neckline - I use to wear it with a pencil skirt black flats and a pretty necklace for work, but could throw on some distressed jeans and sandals afterwards :)
