Elliatt “Skyline” Embroidered Mesh Shorts

This item is a designer sample and doesn't have any interior tags apart from the designer label. There isn't a size tag, fabric content, or washing instructions. The size is approximately a Small, please check the measurements carefully (last photo). There are two layers: top layer is embroidered mesh with an interior lining. I would recommend dry cleaning as there are no washing instructions. There is a small, light mark on the right of the designer label (see photo)
