6698elsie @deanngilbert hi! Absolutely no alterations were done. I’m about 5’5” and 130 pounds (usually a size 4) and I can still fit it since it is stretchy. It would best fit someone who’s a true 2 or smaller 4, but height can be almost any since there’s extra length on me that could be hemmed if shorter! Thank you for your interest!
