Ellison sleeveless dress, multicolored w/ fringe

Ellison brand dress. 100% cotton. Sleeveless style with zipper in back. Pockets in side seams! Textured fabric has thin, horizontal stripes in muted colors. Color looks neutral overall, but stripes are actually shades of greens, blues, pinks, creams, etc. Two rows of thick, cream colored fringe at bottom add extra cuteness. EUC.
