Elm Design Oversized Wrap Cardigan Sweater

This striking sweater, is one of two I have listed from the Icelandic designer, Elm Design. It is handmade in Peru. The fabric is a soft, spongy, boucle-like knit in an off-white color with tiny black threads. You get the impression of a subtle tweed. It has a deep and exaggerated shawl collar which extends down into wide front bands. The ribbed bottom gives the suggestion of a flounce. I have shown it secured with a stick pin (not included). You will want to use either a regular pin or stick pin to wear this piece. The photo almost looks like a vest, but when worn, this piece gives lots of coverage. The back measurement from bottom of armhole to armhole is approximately 35", so you can count on about a 70" circumference. The size on the tag say "0". I believe this is a one size piece. The fiber content is 75% Suri Alpaca, 22% Wool, 4% Nylon.
